The staff were really friendly and accommodating. They arranged a scooter rental for us and let us check out an hour late. Our room was a good size, with a very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Staff cleaned it daily and changed the towels when we asked. Breakfast was included, cooked to order, and really tasty. There’s also a well-equipped gym on the ground floor, enough for a decent workout. We had an amazing couple of days in Phu Yen at this lovely new hotel, and I’d happily recommend it. The only reason I’m giving four stars is the paint smell in the room. Since the hotel is so new, I imagine it’ll fade soon.

I felt well looked after here, especially by the receptionists. They gave me helpful tips for spending time in Phu Yen and made me feel like a VIP. The food, room service, and travel advice were all extremely good. My Deluxe room was beautiful and had everything useful for a stay, so I’d recommend it to tourists. The hotel is in the center of Tuy Hoa, the capital of Phu Yen province, known for beach travel. That made it very convenient for getting around, whether arriving or heading elsewhere. For tourism and a stay in Tuy Hoa city, this is one of the best hotels.

The AC was poor, and the sheets felt like nylon or another synthetic material, making the bed hot and sweaty. It’s a shame because everything else was good for the price.

The top floor has a restaurant area with a nice view of the city and mountains. Breakfast was free and very good, brought in from a nearby shop. The staff and cleaning ladies were friendly and attentive. The hotel is right in the center of Tuy Hoa, close to places to eat and supermarkets, and the room was clean. I stayed for two days and it was generally good, nothing bad overall. The room was quite small, and the toilet was even smaller and not very clean.
