Rosy Diamond Hotel Ocean Park 2

Mr. Duc stood out for his professionalism and great service, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, and I liked the food. Thanks so much, we’ll definitely come back ^^

We booked two rooms, but neither was ready for us. First they gave us the wrong door password, so we called and asked them to come sort it out. An hour later, they tried the door and couldn't open it, then broke it. Both rooms still had someone's belongings inside and hadn't been checked out 😂. We waited another two hours before they found us a room in a different area. That one was okay, and they upgraded us from a single bed to a double to make up for it, but I won't stay here again hahaa.

The view was nice, the room was clean, and the price was reasonable. One thing to know is they don't provide mini toothpaste or toothbrushes. I was fine with that, since it can help protect the environment, LOL. The whole booking and check-in process was online, and the customer care team seemed ready to answer calls and help at any time. I give the staff 10 points, even though I never met them face to face.

The soft, comfortable mattress and quality room and bathroom made for a good stay. There was complete privacy, and the room was isolated and password protected. Highly recommend for two people.
