The karaoke across the dyke is loud, and the whole place feels like a jail. They’ve put loudspeakers inside the apartments and water sprinklers in every room. A 4.30 AM wake-up call is about the only thing missing. Security is useless and won't let delivery people into the building. Even the supermarket staff are 10000% more useful than reception.

The surroundings are noisy, and the apartments are poorly built with below-average service. The swimming pool and gym that were promised are closed, which makes it seem like saving money is the priority. Ecopark is cheap compared with established developments, and you get what you pay for: the quality isn't there. This development is very poorly managed.
