6/10
For a 4-star hotel, the food was a letdown. Breakfast needed more variety and wasn’t especially memorable. Some room design choices were odd too: one room in our group had a bathroom with almost nothing blocking the view, and the TVs seemed so old they were basically regular TVs. The service was excellent across the board, though, and that’s why I gave it 3 stars instead of 2.

A good 4-star choice to consider. The lakeside rooms are among the best picks in the area, with plenty of space, a breezy feel, and a great buffet breakfast.

Hien was especially professional and kind during my stay. If you need any help while you're here, she’ll support you. I had a wonderful time at the hotel and highly recommend it.

2/10
The sofas were stained, both in my room and in the lobby, and the facilities need clearer attention. The water situation was confusing too: bottles of the same brand in similar packaging were treated differently, and I ended up arguing with the hotel over which water was free or chargeable. I also requested laundry service and nothing was done. They left a message in Vietnamese, so I had to bring the note to the front desk to find out what they meant. Service quality really needs to improve.

The room was clean and nice, with a big balcony. I expected to be busy all day on my birthday, so finding a lemon mousse cake in the room was a lovely surprise. It was thoughtful of the hotel.
