The rooms were poor quality and the prices expensive. The receptionist demanded a deposit before we had even checked in, and the service overall was unacceptable.

20250528. The hallway was dark, and there were no bags for used clothes, so three stars overall. The room itself was okay. The promotional rate was 300k for a double bed, while the regular price was 400k. That regular price feels high for the quality, though 300k is reasonable.

The air conditioner remote didn't work, so I had to go back down to reception for another one. Also, when I went out, they took my room key card. When I returned, it wouldn't work, and I had to use my master key at reception to get into the room.

The booking showed 300k, but when I arrived they charged 400k per night. Tea and coffee packets cost extra as well, so keep that in mind.

The staff were polite and courteous, and the rooms were modern and luxurious. The hotel looks beautiful and the prices are reasonable. Five stars from me, and I’ll come back.
