The orange groves and plantations around the hotel are lovely, and it's worth taking time to explore the area. I arrived at Memories Hotel after a tough nine-hour bike ride from Ho Chi Minh City, and the welcome from the security guard made a strong first impression. He smiled warmly and took a real interest in my bike and trip. The reception team checked me in quickly, and the women at the desk were friendly throughout, making me feel very welcome. Their hospitality really added to my stay. The rooms were fantastic for the reasonable price, which included breakfast. The restaurant staff were another highlight. Each morning they greeted me with smiles and served delicious food. I especially liked the eggs, sausage, and bread, along with the Vietnamese beef stew and bread. The service was excellent, and the team seemed well trained and attentive to details. I work in construction, so I know what hard work looks like, and they do the hotel credit. It was a wonderful stay, and I'm very grateful to the staff for making it memorable. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bao Loc.

The reception staff were very nice and helpful, and they managed to communicate in English, though speaking slowly helps. My large room cost 320,000 VND for one person, without breakfast. Breakfast was available for 45,000 VND. There's a big yard in front for parking cars and motorcycles. I'd recommend the hotel.

I felt safe enough to trust the door and slept really well. The place was good and the price okay, though booking through Agoda cost more than booking directly with the hotel.

Take a room at the back on the fifth floor for a beautiful panorama. It's a lovely place to stay, and we liked it a lot. The staff are really friendly and the service is good.
