We keep coming back whenever we visit Vinh City, usually for a few nights. The rates are the most affordable we've found, and the beds are clean and comfortable. The one thing I dislike is the stink from the bathrooms, which I think may be caused by a problem with the pipes.

For the past two years, this has been converted into a mini apartment for long term rentals. Don't waste your time or fuel coming to ask about a room for the night.
The reception and service staff are enthusiastic, and the price is pretty good. The facilities feel quite old, though. Its central location is handy, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Since the hotel is next to Popoc Beer Club in Vinh, evenings can get a bit noisy, so the room soundproofing should be improved.
