They even included breakfast and coffee, which was a nice surprise. The staff were so kind and attentive. On the day I arrived, they took my laundry and brought it back clean and neatly handled. You can tell they really care about their guests. I had a great stay, and I'm grateful for the hospitality.

A new, modern, well-equipped and luxurious hotel in the center of Vinh city.

M6 Tet. I booked a family room at 11 PM, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, for 1.2 million VND. The rooms were okay, but the blankets and sheets were damp in both rooms. The master bedroom smelled of sewage, likely because the floor drain trap was broken. I left the vacuum running all night and tried pouring water into the trap, but neither helped. It was a terrible stay, made worse by the hotel's staff attitude. If you're booking here, check the room first. I'm sharing what happened to me with guests at the start of the year, and also offering the hotel feedback so it can improve its service.
