The hotel and room are in poor condition, with visible water damage and mold.

The whole area felt like a ghost town, though the hotel staff were friendly. I was there out of season and got a good price for an upper floor front room with a stunning view, so my rating reflects that price. The room was large, with a nice, firm bed, good linen, and towels that were a bit small but okay. There was a kettle and a TV with English channels, including CNN. They kept my bicycle safely inside, which mattered to me.
