The room cost way too much for what we got, and after all these problems they offered no discount or refund. We had to fix the electricity ourselves, which wasn't safe. The room light didn't work, the AC failed every time we tried it, and the TV wasn't good enough to watch, so it was pointless. The hallway was also dark because its light was out, making it hard to find our room. We came in soaked from the rainstorm. The staff just stared at us, laughed a little, then gave us a wet face tissue after ten minutes. They didn't make any effort to communicate. We don't mind if you don't speak English, but staff should still explain somehow how things work, or don't work. Regrettable stay. Please don't stay here ❌

Karaoke on the dining floor can get noisy, though that's common in local Vietnamese hotels. The ice cream on the ground floor is a must, it's creamy. You need Vietnamese or a translator app to get by. It's a friendly, easygoing family business right in the center, where the Ferris wheel is. I arrived at 4:30am and found the door locked, but the owner kindly let me leave my bag at the counter before check-in.

The owners made me feel as if I were staying at a friend's home. They're friendly and attentive, and the reception staff were polite and great at helping with information and conveniences. It felt warm from the moment I arrived, and the service was genuine. A memorable stay for anyone wanting a pleasant atmosphere.

The food was fresh and nicely prepared, about 8/10, and the owners were friendly and easygoing. It's close to the beach and a children's playground, about 150m away. The room price was reasonable.

The owners were very friendly, and parking was easy: with my 7-seater, I could leave it right by the entrance. I stayed on a weekday and paid 550k VND per night for a two-bed room for four people on the 6th floor. The balcony there was very airy. The hotel is next to the beach and a children's playground, with plenty of breakfast spots nearby.
