Morris Hotel Nha Trang

The male staff member did his best, and I suspect the manager was responsible for how this was handled. On the first night, the water wouldn't drain, so I couldn't shower. I reported it to reception and they fixed it the next day, which is why I agreed to stay another night. But neither of the two staff members I spoke with while discussing the problem and extending my stay mentioned the construction next door. Had I known about the work and cigarette smell drifting into a non-smoking hotel, why would I have stayed? On the second night the water wouldn't come out, so I couldn't shower. I called reception twice and got no answer. Construction started early the next morning, with workers smoking and singing, and the noise kept going. The two staff members I'd seen the night before said they didn't know about it. The hotel refused a refund because I hadn't come down to reception to resolve the issue. They offered only to move me to another room for my next stay, even though I told them I was leaving that day.
