The rooms feel bigger than most in Vinh City, and the interiors are new. Breakfast has plenty of choice and comes with a great city view. The location is convenient too. The only drawbacks were the small lobby drive and the lack of a covered car park to protect the car.

Really uncomfortable, and the place is very dirty.

The food had a nice range to choose from, and the price was reasonable. Our room was clean, with spacious, tidy beds, and I liked the street view. Service was great.

We left carrying all our things, and despite all the negotiating, we still had to pay. Staff had agreed to the booking details, including bringing food into a VIP room, but the customer service was awful. The staff and arrogant hotel owner seemed to have missed Communication 101. For a 4star hotel, service that can't even pass for a 1star hotel is shocking. The owner needs to learn business management and etiquette.

The rooms are big, and the staff were friendly. Nice hotel, though we couldn't use the pool when we wanted because it was closed for cleaning. Later in the day it was full of kids.
