The staff were friendly and ready to help with questions. The lobby is spacious, with plenty of room to sit, and if you're carrying suitcases, you can take the elevator from parking level G to reception on the first floor. The room was roomy and had air conditioning, a kettle, and a hairdryer. The bed was very soft. You can open the windows, which look out toward the mountain. There weren't any construction sites nearby or much noise, though now and then a banh bao vendor passed by. The hotel is conveniently placed: the seaside promenade is about a five-minute walk along a good sidewalk, and there's a 24/7 GS25 across the road for groceries and ready-made food. There's also a little pond nearby for a walk.

The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and really clean, and the staff were amazing. Nhi at reception was especially helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The hotel is in a superb spot, very close to the beach and a range of shops.

I'd give the location five stars. Service gets four, with three for room service and one for motorcycle rental, which was good enough. The staff also get five stars: they spoke good English and were polite and friendly.

A twin room was 1.3m dong per night, which seemed fairly expensive, even during Tet. Payment was cash only, unless you paid by card at another hotel and accepted a 4% fee.

The staff were friendly, and the place is close to the beach, but the room wasn't worth the $35 I was charged for one night, especially since the online quote was lower. The building is old, and the room looks much nicer in the pictures online. I ended up paying at the hotel about $25 for two nights instead of $35 for the first night. There are lots of better options around.
