We didn't feel comfortable leaving our things behind while we went out. Both rooms' key cards had been loaded with the master key, meaning they could open any room. We told the front desk, got the cards changed, but nobody reassured us that no one else could get into our rooms. The hallway music was blasting and made sleep difficult. The beds sagged, and the wifi was unusable. We also couldn't find anyone to rent us electric scooters, so we had to go across the street. Save your money and stay elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend it.

There was construction noise when we got to our room, but the team quickly moved us somewhere quieter. That was great service. A Bella VT staff member had spotted us on the street and got us checked in fast, and everyone made us feel welcome. Highly recommend!

I've stayed at this hotel several times, including yesterday. For a long time I hadn't stayed in any hotel, and I hadn't received promotional calls from hospitality services. Yesterday, though, I got a call pushing me to top up their card registration, which felt like the usual scam sort of service to me. Maybe an employee sold my data. I can't be certain, but it seems very suspicious.

The sheets had little smears and drops of blood all over them, and the service was terrible. They didn't come to clean the room regularly, as I'd expected, and when I called reception to ask for fresh sheets, they refused. Worst hotel I've stayed in. If you're new to Vung Tau, I really wouldn't recommend it.

The room was clean, which made for a comfortable stay, and the price was good for what you got. The bed was unusually big because it was made by joining two single beds. The hotel is on a nightlife street, so it could get noisy. Still, I'd recommend it to couples.
