CSJ Tower Vung Tau – Premium Beachfront Apartment | RUBY HOUSE

This is about my Expedia booking for “Entire Apartment, Coastal Suite CSJ Tower Vung Tau.” The building looks impressive from outside and is in a convenient location. The price might be fair, especially with the deep low-season discount, but the cleanliness was very poor and the unit hadn't been properly prepared for the next guests. I was assigned unit 2505 and sent there close to 2pm. Supplies were missing, the bathroom was dirty, leftover soap was there, the toilet tissue was moldy, and a toothbrush from the previous guest had been left behind. See photos. One good thing: the support staff, including Minh Duong, were responsive and helpful.

On weekends over the last 1-2 months, this place has unfortunately become an airbnb. The elevators involve long waits, and power outages and fire alarm drills happen frequently. The security guards at the entrance often have an attitude, and some of the agents showing apartments at csj seem lazy and not very motivated to earn money. You also have to pay to use the pool, which makes no sense when there's a free one across the street. I'd suggest staying or renting somewhere else.

It's a quiet place with a nice apartment and good views. There's a pool, the beach is right across the road, and there aren't many people around. We were on a floor that was completely empty.

I love this place, the beach is only 100m away.
