Fati Boutique Hotel & Apartment

A great spot for sunset, with the beach about 400m away or a 10-minute walk. The location is a little outside the city center, but still works, and there are lots of nice coffee shops close by along Bai Dau. The place itself was clean, tidy, quiet, and spacious, with a great view and plenty of car parking.

The rooftop pool was the best part, and it was nice and quiet away from the city. Our room had no sea view, which was a shame. The free breakfast was cold tea, Vietnamese coffee and juice, plus a few packets of crackers and small biscuits. You can rent a scooter from the hotel for 150per Day. We asked about upgrading, but the hotel was fully booked over Christmas. We chose the Duplex because we thought it was the only option with outdoor seating and a kitchen. When we arrived, we found every room had a balcony. Room 102 didn’t live up to our expectations: there were so many ants in the kitchen that it was hard to use, the beds were solid and uncomfortable, and the place wasn’t very clean, especially the shower glass. Things to improve: deal with the ants and other insects in the building; make the online listings clearer about what each room includes, such as sea view, balcony, and floor; replace broken or outdated furniture; clean the shower glass and pool area; and fix the broken balcony lights. The rest of the building was beautiful. Thanks for the stay, and best wishes for the future.

A coffee counter makes the hotel feel cozy and convenient, and the beach is only a short walk away. Fati Hotel is one of my top choices when I visit Vung Tau. The cleanliness is clear as soon as you arrive, and the rooms are nicely decorated with stunning views. The comfort, look of the rooms, and proximity to the sea make it an ideal place to stay.

The hotel is beautiful, and the room looked nice. The balcony view was tranquil, and the small pool has a lovely sea view, though there’s no shade. The sea is a one-minute walk away, but you can’t swim there. For the price, I found it expensive and think it’d be easy to get something better. There was no breakfast, which I’d usually expect at this price, and we had to drive at least 10 minutes to find somewhere to eat. The location felt inconvenient, a bit far from the center, so we drove back and forth several times a day. The towels, dressing gowns, and sheets had rusty marks. There was a kettle but no cups or complimentary tea or coffee. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, and sleeping was difficult. Our noisy AC made the wall vibrate and kept us from falling asleep quickly. We could also hear the neighbors clearly when they came to their door. Dear owner, it would be great to add breakfast, replace the old rusty towels, and put umbrellas by the pool. Also, there’s no point setting out furniture guests can’t use. It wastes money and space.
