The place looked ugly, felt dirty, and smelled bad. Service and staff attitude were terrible. Avoid it, everyone!

The advertised facilities didn’t match what the villa had, and the customer service and support were terrible.

I paid 16.5 million VND to rent a villa, but it had a broken air conditioner, damaged windows, a clogged drain that flooded almost the whole room, broken chair legs, curtains that wouldn’t close, and a leaking ceiling. When it rained, being inside felt like living in a flood 🤧. The manager’s attitude was the worst part. There was no apology or satisfactory solution. When I complained, they told me to sort it out with the sales team myself 🙂. From the facilities to the service quality, the whole experience was terrible. I’ll never return to any villa in this chain.

The villa leaked and flooded when it rained, so going to the beach didn’t feel worthwhile. At lunchtime we had to use the sauna for free because the air conditioner was too old and the curtains were broken. 😶🌫️🫥
