Petro House Vung Tau (Block A)

The location is excellent, one block from Front Beach and the travel bus office. Breakfast was included and excellent, with a broad selection that changes each day. The hotel team was well managed, polite, and quick to respond, with several agents available across Blocks A and B. I felt safe during my three nights in Block B. Block A is newer and more modern, and costs more. I booked through Google Travel and, for what I paid, Petro House Vung Tau earned a solid four-star rating from me. I'd recommend it. I started in a standard twin room but found a plumbing problem with the sink. Staff apologized quickly and moved me to a second-floor room. It was clean, with comfortable beds, fresh linens and towels, a clean bathroom, good water pressure, and effective air conditioning. Traffic noise could be bothersome because of the location, and the sink drained slowly.

The room was new and clean, and the staff were friendly, polite, and professional. Housekeeping needs work, though. We had to call for service two days in a row, and it seems they may be understaffed during the holiday season. It's still a good place to stay in Vung Tau, close to food options, within walking distance of the front beach, and near shopping.

The staff were top notch, especially the restaurant manager and head chef. They're always smiling and asking what they can do for you. The breakfast buffet was really good, with lots of tasty choices. The location is nice, not too far from the beach, and there are tons of food and coffee options nearby.

We stayed here for a long time last year and came back this year. We've been here about 1.5 months and will probably stay until our trip ends. The location is great, a few minutes' walk from Front Beach, with three parks nearby, plus Circle K convenience stores and a pharmacy. The staff are professional and friendly, and the buffet breakfast has a huge range. The restaurant manager, Mr.Huy, is super helpful and friendly.
