Phung Ha Vung Tau Hotel

My daughter and I had booked two nights. The room had just been cleaned and the bed made, so we dropped our bags and hurried out to watch the England v New Zealand match. When we came back a couple of hours later, ants were crawling over the bed and there was blood on the sheets. The hotel was dirty, and they refused to refund us at first. After a lot of arguing, they offered to return one night's cost, which we weren't happy with. The receptionist called the manager, who laughed and hung up on us. We were told to come back the next day because there was supposedly no cash, even though we'd paid in cash just hours before. Eventually the receptionist took money from his own wallet and refunded the full amount. He didn't know if he'd get it back. We felt bad about that, so we returned his money and left 500,000 dong short. The receptionist was lovely, but don't stay here. The room was unsanitary and full of ants, and the customer service was the worst I've ever encountered.
