The rooms listed on Booking had false information. Then they demanded that we take a private transfer and wouldn’t cancel the booking unless we asked. Scammers and liars.
2/10
They listed a room on the app for guests to book, but when the guests arrived, they weren’t allowed to check in. They were told no room had been booked, then staff tried to persuade them to take another room at a higher price.
2/10
The room and walls were dirty, and the sheets still had hair from the previous guest. There was also a disgusting-looking bit on the pillow, as if someone had picked their nose and wiped it there 😖
10/10
For just 600k VND through the Agoda app, the room was beautiful and luxurious, with stunning views of both the sea and mountains. When you arrive, call the number shown on Google Maps to get the room key.
