We picked this apartment for its beach proximity, space for our family of six, and washing machine for a trip lasting several weeks. Those things were as listed, and the photos did show the apartment, but it was much more worn and shabby in person. For the price we weren't expecting anything fancy, just a clean place. Instead, it was extremely dirty. One bathroom smelled strongly of urine, the towels were visibly soiled, and it wasn't clear if guests were meant to clean up and wash them. In our first hour, we killed nearly ten cockroaches. There were clipped nails on a bedroom floor 🤣, an empty beer can under the living room sofa, and stains and dust all over. The kettle was so sticky I didn't want to touch it. I also felt very uncomfortable around the men downstairs, apparently workers. We planned three nights but left after one, did a load of laundry, then booked two rooms in the hotel across the street. The building is large, so maybe other apartments are different, but we got a bad one. I'm not a princess or especially demanding, but this place really surprised me. It was a very disappointing stay.

It was packed when we arrived, and the room was nothing like the pictures. It stank of smoke and cigarettes, the carpet and beds were stained, the beds were lumpy, the walls were torn, outlets looked blown out, the AC was broken, and the restrooms were dirty. There were ants everywhere too. Staff refused to move us when we asked, wouldn't refund us, and laughed. While we tried to figure out what to do, they sat in pajamas playing slot games on their phones. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I wanted to give zero stars, but had to settle for one. The penthouse smelled overwhelmingly of cigarettes, and every bed had stains, including one with blood. The beds looked used even though none of us had touched them. There were missing bulbs, a badly stained carpet, and red splatters on the mirror. Staff were unprofessional and laughed instead of helping. They wouldn't refund us, even though we didn't plan to stay another hour. They spent an hour watching TikTok and laughing, with no attempt to work things out. Two staff came to the room in pajamas and played slot games on their phones. Absolutely disgusting. Save your money and don't come here.

The pictures don't match the place at all. The floor was moldy, the room smelled of cigarettes, and the bathroom and carpet were awful. There were dead bugs on the mirror, bugs everywhere, and an outlet that looked blown out. The windows looked like they were held together with super glue. They refused a refund, which was a real blow, and the workers were rude and laughed when we pointed out the stains.
