The Level Villas at Melia Ho Tram Beach Resort

This was my fourth-fifth stay at Melia Ho Tram, and I could see clear improvements in the service, facilities, and atmosphere. The beach, gardens, and pools are all beautifully maintained, with care and attention visible around the resort. The staff made the stay especially memorable. Everyone we met was warm, attentive, and committed to making things special. When I asked for a band aid, they sent a nurse to help. I casually asked about the mango trees in the garden, and the team surprised us with freshly picked mangoes. My children were thrilled. Having stayed at many resorts in different places, I can say Melia Ho Tram is a place where the hospitality feels heartfelt. Thank you to the whole team for another lovely visit. We’re looking forward to coming back soon.

HAI, the pool bartender, made our stay more enjoyable, and I hope his efforts are recognized and rewarded. From my first day, his warmth, kindness, and positive attitude stood out. He’s welcoming, helpful, and attentive, and makes guests feel comfortable and valued. He’s also reliable, conscientious, knowledgeable, and efficient. He handles each interaction with care and attention, and genuinely wants guests to be satisfied. Even when it’s busy, he stays calm and professional and keeps providing excellent service. In all my travels, he’s one of the most professional, friendly, and dedicated employees I’ve met. He represents the best of hospitality, and his commitment and work ethic deserve special recognition. I wholeheartedly recommend him for it.

The main pool gets busy, and the hotel could manage the saved beds better when people reserve them but don’t use them. Otherwise, we had a fantastic week. Our modern, comfortable 3-bedroom Vila had a lovely Lake view and a beautiful private pool, and fit five adults well. We booked the all inclusive package and made good use of the exercise classes, pools, cinema, and other activities. The restaurants were fantastic and every meal was delicious, though service could be a little slow. On holiday, we had time to wait. The staff were probably the best part. Every person stopped to say hi and smile, and said they enjoyed their job and chatting with guests. I’d recommend booking the all inclusive experience if you want to truly enjoy the hotel. Meals and drinks are quite expensive otherwise, comparable to Australia. We spent three weeks in Vietnam, and the prices here stood out. I don’t understand the bad reviews. This isn’t meant to be the Four Seasons, so expectations should be adjusted.

The salads were colorful and fresh, with nice texture and a light dressing. The thin-crust pizza was cheesy, comforting, and easy to share. It’s a calm, unhurried place for a meal, with greenery and open space around you. The setting feels bright and refreshing, good for a long lunch or a relaxed bite. Service was attentive without getting in the way, and the food arrived at an easy pace. With the garden views and quiet surroundings, it’s easy to linger. Meliá Ho Tram Beach Resort offers a pleasant dining experience that suits its resort atmosphere, with fresh food and a peaceful setting by the sea.
