The rates are totally reasonable, and the owner was professional and really helpful. Blue Pango has its own beach with a view over the blue water. Some people have spotted a dugong there, and there’s also a pool. The clean units have all the basics I needed, including a cooking area, showers, AC, comfortable beds, cupboards and an outdoor table of your own. I’ll come back.
Coming back to the pool after a hot day exploring was such a treat. The rooms are clean and basic, and the price is great. There are cooking facilities in the room and a shared area too. Lovely view, friendly owners and a great vibe. We loved staying here.
The rooms are very simple, so this suits you if you’re not after much. The owners are really kind, and there’s a kitchen with everything you need. It’s right by the ocean, so you fall asleep to the waves. A good budget choice, and easy to reach by bus from downtown for 150 Vatu.
I spotted a DUGONG just off the beach while snorkelling, in less than 30 minutes! The waves were pretty big, but it felt safe as long as you have a mask and fins. The place is very cheap and has the basic things you need. Strongly recommend if you want somewhere simple to stay and enjoy.
Peter is a lovely host, and the whole place feels truly peaceful. It’s nothing fancy, but it has what you need. Swim in the pool or the ocean, cook in your room, walk next door to Cafe Vila, or catch a ride into town. Utter tranquility.
