We weren't staying here, but visited every day during our ten days in Vanuatu. The outlook, service, and drinks were outstanding, and the small-bites menu was excellent. We watched them get ready to reopen, then had dinner in the new restaurant on our last night. The menu was great, the food very tasty, and service professional. They had a wide selection of international wines and spirits. Highly recommend.

We stopped by for a short visit and were welcomed by wonderful staff and security. Everyone was accommodating and made us feel at home. Thanks to Monique and her coworkers for such lovely service, and thank you to the whole team.

The omelettes at breakfast were great, and the restaurant staff were very nice. Our panoramic room had a nice view, and we didn't hear noise from the club. Even so, I wouldn't stay again. The room's air conditioning barely worked; after three nights they had the vents cleaned. The shower water was barely warm. The casino was disgusting, both upstairs and downstairs, with cigarette smoke everywhere. There was so much chlorine in the pool that we couldn't swim, though it was nice to sit beside it.

My wife and I stayed here twice, one night each time, and would definitely return. We got an awesome online rate, much better than on some other accommodation booking sites. Our rooms were fresh, clean, and comfortable, with an excellent view toward the Harbour. Reception staff were efficient, friendly, and always smiling. The ground-floor bar and restaurant staff were jovial and chatty, and seemed genuinely interested in hearing about our travels around Vanuatu. The food was excellent in quality, portion size, and taste, and the drinks were excellent too.

We stayed from 24th Sept-8th Oct and have just checked out. The Grand Hotel and Casino was AWESOME. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, and housekeeping kept our room in tip-top shape every day. The restaurant staff were AWESOME too, and their smiles always made our day. The food was AWESOME, and we couldn't fault the hotel. We had room 405 and never heard the nightclub next door, although plenty of people apparently do. We'll return and highly recommend it. Thanks to everyone who keeps this hotel great.
