Minnie the cat and Molly the dog completely stole our hearts. The restaurant, music, and view also made for a lovely atmosphere, and the whole property has an easygoing feel that made it simple to unwind. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, and scenic, just right for switching off. Peter, Anne, and all the staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. My partner is vegetarian, and they always made sure she had a proper, good meal, not just a last-minute salad. That care really stood out.

The nightly beach fires became a favourite ritual for my husband Ben and me during our 10-year wedding anniversary at South Pacific Memories. Just the two of us, the ocean breeze, crackling flames, and a star-filled sky. It felt magical. On the anniversary itself, staff greeted us with warm wishes throughout the day, and our meals had thoughtful little hearts added to them. That evening, we were escorted to a private beach dinner with champagne, soft lighting, and waves rolling in. It was intimate and romantic, and we’ll treasure the memory. Anna, Petter, and their team made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. Their kindness, care with details, and love of hospitality made the stay feel special. The villa was immaculate, with lush, calming surroundings and a thoughtful sense of comfort, privacy, and connection. The place is ridiculously amazing. South Pacific Memories turned our celebration into one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives. It’s peaceful and intimate, with a warmth that made us feel deeply cared for. We left with full hearts, completely recharged, and already thinking about coming back. Thank you to Anna, Petter, and the whole team for a milestone we won’t forget.

The fixed-menu dinner was fabulous, and breakfast was included and lovely, with plenty to choose from. The owners and staff were delightful, and I especially liked the personal touches in the decor, signs, and furnishings. I’d love to return for a longer stay. My teenage daughter and I only had a brief but very pleasant visit to this beautiful European-style boutique hotel. We arrived early from two nights on Tanna, appreciated being able to check in early, and used the hotel as a crash pad for one night before checking out early for our final departure from Efate later that day. I wish we’d had more time to enjoy the hotel itself. It’s some distance from Port Vila’s main business centre. The taxi from the airport cost 4000 VUV, and the ride back to the main market was 2500 VUV.

The place is beautiful and well cared for, and Anne, Petter, and the staff were lovely and accommodating. We ate really well at breakfast and dinner. There are lots of activities, including diving, snorkelling, SUP’ing, kayaking, and bikes that are great fun for exploring. You can walk right from the property to the water to snorkel or dive. We saw more clownfish and lionfish than we’d ever seen before. Thanks, Anne and Petter. We’ll be back!
