Starfish wasn't busy at all when we went for lunch. The food came quickly and was delicious, especially the clearly homemade pizza. The staff were kind and friendly.

The views and kava are quite good, and the kava itself is good. Starfish Cove has changed over the years. It's now a kava bar in a building that's in poor condition and was designed for a different use.
