The head chef made a real difference to our holiday. My children have sensory issues and specific food needs, and he was incredibly kind and accommodating whenever we asked for something. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and he helped our family feel welcome. This was our second stay at Warwick Le Lagon, and we had another great time. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good but the choices barely changed day to day. I was happy to have the same brekky every morning, though my husband wasn't as keen. Dinner was consistently enjoyable, with plenty of tasty options. I ordered the prawn curry three nights in a row because it was so delicious. We'll keep staying here whenever we visit Vanuatu. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

We had a very relaxing family stay at Warwick le lagoon Vanuatu. The hotel is well maintained and very well organized, with a beautiful pool, good amenities and plenty of water activities. Service was five star, and the staff were great. There were lots of choices at breakfast, and the restaurant food was delicious. Special thanks to Rajeeba and Chef for the good cooperation at dinner, and thanks to everyone. We’ll visit again very soon.

Snorkelling near the jetty by the water sports centre was a highlight. We saw lionfish, a snowflake eel and even a sea snake, plus plenty of starfish and sea cucumbers close to shore. The staff were lovely, especially at the water sports centre, and there was a good range of activities. The pools were amazing, and from our lagoon-view room the outlook was great. The gym was okay and being open 24/7 was handy. Food was nice, though breakfast could use more variety. The air conditioning in our room broke towards the end of our stay, and it took over half a day to fix. The rooms could generally use a makeover. Aside from that, we had a fantastic stay. The location, staff and activities make it well worth visiting.

My Garden Bungalow was world class, with a truly comfortable bed, lovely amenities, a working TV and a beautiful lagoon view. The grounds were immaculate and the pools were well kept. I also enjoyed the free non-motorized water sports, especially kayaking around the lagoon. This seems like a great hotel for families, and my experience was mostly stellar. The WiFi could be better, and breakfast was a little chaotic, but I’d highly recommend the place.

The rooms are a bit dated, but they work, and the staff are really friendly. WiFi in the room wasn't great, though it was fine around the pool and bar if you need it. The lagoon setting has beautiful views and plenty of water activities, and the swim-up bar staff are generous with the pours. A lovely spot for a laid-back holiday. For a cheap trip into town, the local buses are worth using, about 150 vatu, or $2 AU, per person.
