The quiet, relaxing atmosphere made Le Vasa feel like a special place to stay. Our beachfront Bure was lovely, and the team gave us great service. We were celebrating my 40th birthday and the start of our honeymoon travel year, so finding towel swans arranged as “Love Swans” on the bed was such a thoughtful touch. We also had fun playing pool. It’s handy for both the airport and the car ferry, and we really enjoyed our time there. Thanks to the team.

The food was a real highlight, with plenty of different meals to choose from. The resort itself is simple, with pleasant gardens and a nice pool area. Our room was comfortable, and the verandah looked out over the ocean. It ended up being my favourite place we stayed in Samoa.

With the airport so close, this worked well as a convenient stop before flying out. The grounds and views are stunning, and we tried two different room types. Both were basic but comfortable enough for a short stay. Food and service were just okay, nothing remarkable, though not bad either. I’d be happy here for a night or two, but wouldn’t choose it for a longer vacation.

That gorgeous view across Manono tai and the clean, lovely pool were the highlights of our two nights at Le Vasa Resort. We stayed in Bungalo Fale#1 from 29-31 April 2026, and it was welcoming and beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Restaurant food and drinks cost a bit much, but we felt they were worth it. The manager kindly bought a round for my husband and me, which was very hospitable. We’ll book again on our next trip to our motherland, as promised to the rest of my children who couldn't join us the first time.

The accommodation was beautiful, and we appreciated having a water filter plus tea and coffee in the room. The pool was nice, and we enjoyed being able to use the SUP and kayaks. A lot of the kayak paddles were broken, though, and this isn't a spot for snorkeling.
