We had a family reunion here in mid July, and the whole family had great things to say about it. The food service was delicious, with a good range of options. Staff were accommodating from the moment we arrived until we left, and were always nearby to help with requests. The mix of self-contained units and beach fales worked well for us. They supplied mosquito nets for every bed in the beach fales. I'd recommend it for a family gathering or just somewhere to relax.

Breakfast and dinner were included in the 80 Samoan Tala nightly rate, which made it good value. I stayed two nights at Vacation Beach Fales and had a fantastic time. The staff and people nearby were friendly, and the place was clean and well cared for. I got to see traditional cooking with stone at their house, which was a memorable cultural experience. I also went snorkeling. The fales didn't have gear to rent, but I easily got some from a nearby resort. Having your own vehicle would be convenient. I'd recommend it for a peaceful, authentic Samoan beach stay.

We loved snorkeling and seeing the fish, and even spotted a turtle. The clear blue ocean is right outside, so you can swim whenever you like. Our room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning, and right on the beach. Breakfast and dinner featured fresh local produce. The people were lovely and the service was amazing. This motel felt like a slice of paradise, and it made our family holiday so special. I'd highly recommend it.

I saw more sea turtles at these fales than anywhere else in Samoa, including four in one session. The shared facilities were clean. The host family were warm and helped with everything I needed, and the lovely chef Tai made fresh, tasty meals every day, mixing local and western-style food. The bar was being upgraded during my stay, but there's a handy shop across the road with well-priced local beer, plus weekend BBQ. I liked these beach fales so much that my two nights turned into six. They're the best I've stayed at over many trips to Samoa, and I preferred them to the hotel up the road that cost three times as much.

Bring your snorkelling gear, because you can swim with turtles and watch them feed on seaweed. We really enjoyed our stay at Vacation Beach Fales. The food was great, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The toilet and bathroom could use a little maintenance.
