Gjilan looks great from the hotel, and the rooms are roomy and very clean. I also got to share a table with the owner, who was warm-hearted and really charming. A fantastic stay, I’d absolutely recommend it.

We came for a conference and had a great time. The halls were modern, spacious, and well equipped, while the staff were welcoming and kind, with quick, efficient service. There’s a lovely bar with impressive waterfalls, and the whole resort felt clean, tidy, and well organized. The hotel itself is spectacular, with big rooms and beautiful views. The restaurant also had a large variety of dishes for different tastes.

The hotel feels new and is nice, though it’s a little far from the center.

The restaurant deserves five stars from me for the food quality and the kindness, especially one waiter who made us feel almost at home. We were here for work, and the rooms were really large and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom too. The only drawback was breakfast starting at 8, a bit late for those of us working, so that’s why I’m giving four stars. All in all, a very good impression.
