Aulona, Ervis, and Lumi were such a friendly group, and made sure we were looked after. We laughed a lot, and the taxi driver was kind too. On the ride to the bus station, he made sure there was no delay and even spoke with a policeman during an altercation with a woman on the road so we could get through promptly. He didn't want to take a tip, but I insisted. The hotel uses E Taxi, and the rates were decent. The ride to the bus station was just over €3, while the fare to the bear sanctuary was a fixed €15. City rides don't have a fixed rate. We stayed two nights in room 304. The hotel is lovely and centrally located in Pristina, and takes pride in being eco-friendly. The bathroom was great, and the bed and pillows were comfortable, with one thin and one thick pillow per person. Breakfast was a real highlight: a small cold selection, warm crispy croissants, optional omelette or fried or scrambled eggs, and juice that didn't taste artificial like it does at some hotels. Staff can make you a hot drink if you'd like. A few things let the room down. The phone didn't work, so I had to go downstairs or message through booking.com for anything. I'd told them about it, but they may not have been able to get someone to fix it during my stay. The air conditioning wasn't great, and I can't imagine how it would be in summer. The fridge also didn't keep things very cold.
