The location is handy and the price for the convenience seemed good. It's a medium-sized hotel on a side street, very close to Pristina's main tourist sights. The service was efficient, though staff members' English varied quite a bit. Rooms are small but enough for a short visit; the bathroom is tiny with a shower. WiFi worked well, and cleanliness was satisfactory. There are several floors and a narrow staircase.

The people were so kind, and I had a really good experience. I love Kosovo now, and would recommend the place to anyone.

The beds were comfortable, but the pillows felt extremely cheap and uncomfortable. We also heard a crying baby in the next room as if it were in our own, since there was no sound insulation. Those guests smoked all night, and the smoke triggered my worst migraine. We couldn't sleep and had a miserable night. Despite the no-smoking notice, people were smoking everywhere, and there were no smoke detectors. Staff were super nice and accommodating, and the hotel's on an extremely narrow street so traffic noise wasn't an issue. It's also within walking distance of downtown attractions and the best bars. Still, I wouldn't return.

The location and staff were the best parts. The rest felt below two stars, breakfast included. I was told breakfast starts after 8 o'clock, which isn't convenient when you're there for work. It also wasn't very clean.
