Sky Hotel

Breakfast choices were very limited, and there was no luggage help when leaving. I also tried the air conditioning in five of their rooms, and it was very hot. None of the room refrigerators worked well or got cold. They’re strict and meticulous about everything, and don’t seem open to discussion. Checkout was at 11, although I understand the international hotel standard is 12. When I asked to leave at noon, they first wanted 20 euros. After I discussed it further, they offered a discount down to 15 euros, but I felt they had no right to charge me that.

The air conditioning was good, and the receptionist was very kind and helpful with us. I did have a few suggestions: the fridge is small and would be better if it were bigger, and the bathroom door only shuts if you force it. In the morning, the restaurant only offered an omelet for breakfast, though I might want something else. There was also no help with bags when leaving the room. A microwave would be useful so I could eat in my room without going out.

The restaurant is excellent, and the chef is brilliant. It’s worth coming just for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The hotel itself has a new building and very clean rooms, with especially friendly and helpful staff, including Nafije. We’ll definitely come back, Inshallah.

The restaurant has tasty food and a nice view, and the staff are gentle. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and has a lovely view. I recommend it to everybody. The best place in Prizren.
