It feels a bit like being at your grams' place, with a very old, vintage feel. The price is right, and the cat is very friendly. The rooms are so well insulated they can get stuffy.

I booked through Booking.com, but when I arrived to check in, nobody came to the gate. Then they refused to refund my payment. The management here scams clients.

The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, with plenty of parking and outdoor space to enjoy. Sondela Bed and Breakfast is cozy, easy to find, and feels secure and quiet for anyone who wants privacy. I hope the pool will be clean this festive season. It was dirty last year so we couldn't swim, and it still wasn't clean when I was there this time, though I thought maybe it was because it was still cold. Please make sure there's enough tea and teaspoons in the rooms. Some of us prefer an electric blanket to the air conditioning, so please provide one. The towels need replacing too. Otherwise, the place is perfect!!!

I arrived with all the evidence showing I had a booking, but the receptionists told me there was no booking for me. They even said the travel agent who booked it was lying. The room also needs touching up, and the linen should be changed.
