Pembroke 403 was beautifully and tastefully decorated, with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The apartment looks out over the Marina and is perfectly placed for a quick walk to the V&A. We had a perfectly lovely long weekend, with the very best service from the agents and staff. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to be near the center of town and waterfront while still enjoying the peace and luxury of a beautifully appointed apartment.

The views are hard to ignore, stretching from the marina up to the top of Table Mountain. Sunrises creep up over the ocean, and you really don’t want to be hungover in this glass tower when the full heat of the day hits. The Pembroke almost ruined my 40th birthday! The open-plan bathroom has a bidet, double bath and basin, wet room, and shower. Why have both a shower and a wet room? Still, they sparkle like unicorn poop. The power toilet deserves a mention too. Despite my best effort, it flushed everything I threw in, including the complimentary fruit from the very open-plan lounge. The bed was so huge that my eight guests got lost in the soft satin sheets, and there was still room for the private chef. He wasn’t keen to join our 40th pyjama party, though. Surround sound and mood lighting added to the atmosphere of a wild evening, while the speakers did their best with cousin Viktor’s terrible music.
