The apartment was spacious, clean and fully equipped, and I really enjoyed staying there. The views were breathtaking, the location was amazing, and the staff were friendly. The facilities were great too. I’d gladly return.

Every room, kitchen included, has a breathtaking sea view, and the huge wrap-around balcony is a lovely place to unwind whichever way the wind blows. It’s also set up for a braai. 305 Ballito Manor is right on the main beach, with top restaurants and a high-end Checkers within walking distance. The unit is wheelchair friendly, and the location is hard to beat for a Ballito beachfront stay.

We had uninterrupted power during potential load shedding, plus WiFi and Netflix, so it really felt like a home away from home. The unit is spacious and luxurious, with 180-degree sea views from the 3rd floor of Balito Manor. Every room has air conditioning and opens onto a balcony, great for morning coffee or breakfast. Palm trees on one side and the ocean on the other make it a gem. Thanks, Lientjie, it was worth every penny.

The apartment was amazing, with a beautiful view and shops close by. I did run into a few problems: when load shedding started, the generator took about 30 minutes to come on, and there was no water while the power was off. There’s a huge TV, but streaming was difficult, and the air conditioners need cleaning because they aren’t working as they should. Still, it was an amazing stay.

The view is out of this world, and the apartments are super close to Ballito’s main beach, with a private pool in the complex. There are elevators to make moving luggage between the car and apartment easier. Parking is secure, with two spaces per unit, and the place feels safe overall. Cameras watch the beach gate so only people staying there can get in and out.
