The location was the one good thing about this property. It’s basically a house, with rooms close together and a shared kitchen, like a commune. For that price, it was a really poor deal and left us dissatisfied. We were also badly let down over changing our booking dates. I’d communicated politely with Mohammed and we’d reached an agreement, but he declined the request. I felt the staff were dishonest and that we’d been scammed. It was a horrible experience. Even if you urgently need a place to sleep, don’t go there. I’ll share this review on other social media too.

We couldn’t log in to Netflix or download the DStv Stream and Showmax apps on the smart TV. The bedding was dirty, and we were put in a different room from the one I’d booked.

The location was very quiet at night, and just a two-minute drive from the Warm baths resort. The room had a brand-new bar fridge, a spacious clean shower and comfortable beds. Everything was neat and very clean. Muhammed greeted us on arrival and was really friendly and welcoming.

There’s a kitchen for guests like me who prefer to cook their own food. The place is very safe and beautiful, and the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The facilities are good, but there’s no swimming pool and no extras. I found it expensive for what you get. There wasn’t any soap in the bathroom, and I’d suggest the owner leave bottled water in the rooms.
