Our stay was comfortable and pleasant, and we’ll visit again. Thanks to Khadija and William for helping with the booking and our special requests, and to the in-house staff for their friendly help throughout. Breakfast was good 👌 We really appreciated that the hotel provided a fully Halaal breakfast for us.

This was the worst guesthouse stay I’ve ever had. There was no warm water and hardly any pressure in the showers. We weren’t allowed to use the braai, and the room had no cutlery or utensils, plates, bowls, or cereal saucers. There was no communication about the empty disposable containers, and we had to pay an extra R300 for 125 ml plastic containers that we threw away.

Khadeeja made sure we were okay, from helping with check-in to checking that we were happy with our rooms. Mmapoola, Obukeng, Bonita, and the chefs went the extra mile by catering strictly Halaal for us. William also made the booking easy. I attended a wedding and stayed at Grafiti this past weekend, and everything was amazing, from the rooms to the decor. I’d definitely stay again. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Shukran, Jazakallah, and thank you. The staff here are gems and real assets.

Khadijah, Willam, and their team really went out of their way to host us. We had a special request for some people, and they came through. We asked for a Halaal breakfast, and it was done to perfection. I’d really recommend it.
