Branley Lodge

A peaceful atmosphere, clean rooms, and the feeling that guests really matter made this a comfortable stay. The owner was friendly and flexible with requests, including arranging an early breakfast. Everything was handled promptly and with a smile. I'd recommend this guest house to anyone who appreciates personal service and flexibility.

They checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure we were comfortable, and even let us arrive early so we could get ready for a wedding. They were also flexible about our departure time. The food was delicious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Our room from Booking.com wasn't available when we arrived, but the hostess and her husband kindly moved us to a better room at no extra charge. Their care and attention made the visit memorable. The property felt secure, the air conditioning worked very well, and the stylish sports bar and dining area were a nice addition. The price was very reasonable for what we got. We'd highly recommend this B&B for a welcoming stay that offers good value.

We enjoyed the quiet surroundings, with everything we might need still close by. Beverley, her husband, and the staff were all lovely and put in extra effort to make our stay enjoyable. We liked it enough to plan on returning when we're in the area.

The breakfast was made with real care, and the rooms were clean and neat. In the hot, humid weather, having air conditioning was a big plus. The hostess was so warm and friendly, and really went out of her way for me. They definitely haven't seen the last of me!
