A well-maintained apartment block, with good people all around.

The units are spacious, though some may feel dated, and the complex seems well run. It’s safe, secure, and quiet, with a huge garden out back. Lovely apartments, and the old style has its charm. Sandton Sun and nelson Mandela Square are within walking distance. Old is Gold.

Majuba is a prime place to call home, within walking distance of Sandton City Mall and high-end companies such as Norton Rose, ABSA Capital, and EN Africa. The rooms are spacious, and though the architecture is old, it has character and a real sense of communal living. Young professionals working in Sandton could benefit from renting here. Smart investors would do well to snap up a unit for sale, too, since Majuba’s address and location remain enviable and super attractive.

The apartments are a good size, especially compared with the tiny flats you often find around Sandton. The location is right in the middle of Sandton, which is handy. I can't say much about the rental, though.
