The room was clean and neat, and breakfast was delicious. Everyone was friendly, from the phone call to reception. I’ll definitely return!

Everyone on staff was genuinely warm and friendly, and they helped us with everything. The rooms were very clean, so I felt completely comfortable about the hygiene. The hotel doesn’t offer Halal food, but they kindly arranged a special Halal breakfast from outside for us. We really appreciate that thoughtful gesture. I’m planning to come back with my children next time.

Summerset is such a lovely place to relax. Maria Maria, thank you for the great service and for making my mornings amazing. I’m coming back next year, and I’ll need to stay longer.

Summerset Place has become my second home away from home. For the past four years, I’ve stayed there each year while in Bela-Bela for the Sondela Mountain Bike race, and I loved it from my first visit. You feel at home as soon as you walk in the front door. Everyone is kind and treats you with respect, from the reception staff to the kitchen team. I highly recommend Summerset Place for a stay of any length in Bela-Bela.

The guesthouse and its surroundings are beautiful, but the staff are what made the stay so extraordinary. They were efficient and always had a smile, and the service was excellent. Thank you to Frank, Nandi, and the receptionist on duty that evening whose name I unfortunately forgot. You added a personal touch to a wonderful stay, which is rare. Your professionalism and efficiency also had that human warmth that can be missing from good service.
