The hot tub was the best part for us. Helene was a wonderful hostess and made our time at Stay at Friends very enjoyable. Our room was lovely and comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything neat, tidy and clean. We had a great time and would highly recommend this holiday destination.

We took a beautiful hike in Kogelberg with Donald(springbokkie) as our guide. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and well equipped. The quality and cost felt well balanced. We strongly recommend the place!

If you’re in Betty’s Bay, we highly recommend Stay At Friends. The garden at the guest house draws a variety of birds, which bird lovers will enjoy. Harold Porter Botanical Gardens is also beautiful and just a ten-minute drive away, with the Cape floral kingdom and many local birds to see. The staff and owner, Helene, gave us a warm welcome.

Helene gave me spot-on ideas for keeping busy during two days in Betty's Bay. The rooms have charm, and the hot tub was just what I needed for my aching muscles after the Cape Town Cycle Tour. I had a wonderful time and will stay longer next time.

The views over Betty's beautiful ocean are wonderful, and the place is right in the heart of Betty's Bay. It’s a great stay for really affordable prices. The owner is an amazing lady with a great personality and sense of humour. I’d recommend it to anyone.
