Rainbow Palace BnB

We booked two nights but only spent one there. I was fine with the area, but the room was disgusting. It smelled like someone had been sleeping there and sweating, and the toilet still had poop in it when we arrived. Honestly, I was disgusted by the place. If this comment gets deleted, I'll write another one. Booked on 12 December 2025.

The three-bedroom units work well for friends or family sharing a getaway. We felt welcome, and Pule was always there when we needed help, whether opening and closing the gate or bringing a spare key after my daughter locked me out. We'll be back next time.

We paid for two nights and left after just one. Getting there was frustrating because the place is listed under one name but the building has another. Nobody told us it wasn't called Rainbow Palace, and the person giving directions was rude and couldn't explain simple landmarks. The room was dark, badly kept, dusty, and smelled stale and mouldy. The toilet seat had brown stains that wouldn't come off when I tried with toilet paper and dish soap. They only sent someone to clean after I called, though that should never have been my job. There was no iron, and the replacement they brought was faulty. It stuck to the fabric and nearly burned my graduation gown, which was devastating on such an important occasion. The shower curtain was dirty with old soap scum, and we had to ask for hand soap at the sink. We also had to call someone every time we wanted the gate opened to leave. The stay was deeply disappointing and ruined my graduation mood. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially for an important event. It doesn't meet basic hospitality standards.

The rooms were presented very well, everything worked, and the place was spotless, almost surgical. It's well managed and very good value for money. Sfiso, you were a godsend and made us feel so welcome. I'd recommend staying here if you want to feel happy and welcomed.
