I've been a few times, both on my own and with friends. The staff are very helpful, the food is fresh, and the full-body massage, foot scrub, and pedicure were the best.

We used Relekane Guesthouse for a three-day training session, and everything was ready by the time we arrived. The staff were incredibly helpful. There were one or two minor hiccups, but they sorted them quickly. I can't comment on the rooms because we didn't stay there, but the other facilities were great.

The plugs in my room didn't work for two days, which was a huge inconvenience and left me with a bad experience at Relekane. The rooms are generally clean, breakfast was okay, and parking was easy. Even so, I personally wouldn't come back.

Our anniversary weekend was completely ruined, and the service kept getting worse. My partner and I weren't greeted at reception. The woman there looked annoyed to be helping us and wasn't wearing a mask, even though at the time the person representing the company should have had one on. There were no towels, soap, or shower cap in the room. In the morning there wasn't even coffee to make. We also had to pay 50 to use the pool. As paying guests, we shouldn't have to pay extra for amenities like that. We left the guest house around 1 and came back at 7 to find housekeeping hadn't been done. Being a young couple doesn't mean we can be treated as irrelevant. We're customers too. I'm very dissatisfied and definitely won't recommend this place.
