This time, on 4th March 2024, room nr 2 was disgusting and below standard. The carpets were filthy, the toilet flush mechanism was broken, and there was long black hair stuck to the towels. I've stayed here twice before, so I was shocked and disappointed. I spoke to owner Marlene, who said she had been here over the weekend and done the washing herself. Well, lady, it's time to look down and check those carpets. Paulina had only just started her shift that morning, and she's an absolute angel.

I spent 5 days here while my wife was admitted in Rosepark hospital. Paulina and Susan were so friendly, they became friends. They kept asking how my wife and I were doing, and the rooms were clean. Coffee, tea, milk and fresh soft towels were topped up every day. I'd recommend Rosepark Guesthouse and would stay again.

The management helped us find somewhere to stay at short notice and checked us in at 2am on a Monday morning with a smile. Big thanks for going out of your way. The establishment was clean and neat, and I'd recommend the guesthouse any day.

Rosepark Guest house is very clean and the rooms are great, with aircon, TV, and a bathroom with both a shower and bathtub. I recommend it.
