The doors were hard to open and close from outside, and even the so-called delicious breakfast needs a lot of work. I stayed for all 13 nights only because you refused to refund me from the start. Unit 6 smelled dusty, there were flies everywhere, and I complained to Johann. The old bedding didn't smell fresh, the beds were uncomfortable, and there were spider webs in the bathroom. It was unpleasant.

The area felt very safe, and the rooms were fair for the price. Johan was really friendly and suggested the new franchise, “Bossa,” for a meal. It's now my favorite restaurant.

We had a great family stay at tula. The rooms are well equipped and child friendly, and Johann was a very friendly host. We'll definitely recommend it and come back.

Unit 6 was a lovely, spacious place for our family. It was child friendly and relaxing.

The bathroom was the biggest problem. There was no cold water at the handbasin, and water leaked out of the shower cubicle onto the floor by the toilet, leaving it slippery and grubby. The shower entrance was very narrow. The room was tiny, with barely enough room to move around the bed, and it felt crowded by the oversized headboard and large framed mirror. A streetlight shone right outside all night. There were plenty of warm blankets for the freezing weather, which was useful since heating wasn't an option during loadshedding. Parking off the road was tight for a bakkie, and on arrival I was told to wait on the pavement instead of stopping in the street outside the B&B, without any explanation. I don't park on pavements as a rule. This room needs to be closed for redecoration and bathroom repairs.
