We arrived late, and the welcoming staff and management did everything they could to accommodate us. They made up beds for the kids and provided extras for everyone. We also enjoyed the gardens in the morning before leaving. 10/10, would recommend.
The breakfast was just right and personalised for each of us. Every detail of comfort was there, and the accommodation was beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and attentive too. Our family treated us to a night here, and we thought every part of the venue was 5-star. Highly recommended, thank you so much.
Tuscan Rose hosted a week long conference for my firm, and it was a fantastic venue. The tea and lunch were 5 star quality, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I'd recommend Tuscan Rose as a top tier conference venue.
The owners' attitude changed when we wanted to bring in our own decor. The owner wouldn't meet with our decor team and wanted to charge a consultation fee just to discuss arrangements. They also don't respond to WhatsApps. It was a very bad experience. Luckily, we parted ways and found a venue that gave us certainty and was willing to accommodate all our needs.
We emailed twice, with two weeks between messages, but never heard back. We were looking forward to having this venue on our wedding list, but if they can't reply to an email to arrange a viewing, I don't know how they'd coordinate the wedding itself. Very poor service, and I wouldn't recommend them as a wedding option.
