What really stood out was the staff: they were warm, helpful, always smiling, and quick to respond to my requests. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with a mountain view, and the central location felt safe. One inconvenience was the mezzanine-level elevator, since luggage has to be carried up to it. Well done!

I booked somewhere cheap and was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. The service was fantastic, and both the room and breakfast were quite good. The internet and TV were a little unreliable, but I’d stay again if I get the chance.

The breakfast was five-star, and the rooms were comfortable, well equipped, and great. Everyone on staff was friendly and accommodating. Cape Town has a gem here.

That place was a horror, and I still won't forget it. My stay was in 2019, and it bore no comparison to the advertisement. It felt like a one-star hotel, so I hope it has since been upgraded, especially since I see nice reviews now.
