The room was immaculate, and everything worked. It even had an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and straightener, plus a takeaway menu. The tea and coffee station was easy to have topped up, and there were no Wi-Fi problems. The house always smelled fresh and was clean inside and out, whether I was in the lounge, by the pool, or under the lapa near the braai areas. Breakfast was amazing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The guesthouse isn’t wheelchair friendly, but they went out of their way to help with whatever I needed.

The location worked really well, with the beach about a five-minute walk one way and a shopping mall and plenty of good restaurants about the same distance the other way. The recommended taxi service was reliable and reasonably priced. Breakfast was cooked to order, with continental options available from 7 to 10. The charming staff, manager, and owner made the stay lovely, and laundry came back the same day. My room was well equipped, with a tea and coffee station and a fridge. Thanks for a great stay. I’ll recommend it.

Blouberg is a great area to stay in, especially with the beach and some lovely restaurants so close by. My room was comfortable and spotless, and the staff were friendly, excellent, and very accommodating. I loved staying here and would happily come back.

The place looks neat and inviting, and it was tidy, but the basics in my room were a problem. None of the plug points worked, so neither the kettle, TV, nor bedside lights worked. When load shedding hit in the morning, I couldn’t even make a cup of coffee. A place that looks this good should have a way to manage the simple things.

The manager clearly takes good care of the staff, and their great energy made a real difference to the stay. They went out of their way to make guests feel like they were getting a six-star experience. Everything was up to standard. Great job!
