The bathroom setup caught us off guard: it opened straight onto the bedroom, with the shower right beside the bed, and there was no lock. That felt surprising for us as a family. Still, the apartment and rooms were beautiful, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the views were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I’ll definitely return soon.

Kenny, the unit manager, was professional, kind, quick to respond, and incredible. The unit itself was lovely too, with power, wifi, laundry, and security. But dealing with the owner was a real letdown. His greeting was sour and rude, with none of the warmth or appreciation that makes guests feel welcome. It’s possible to check someone’s ID and booking details without insulting them, as hotels and B&Bs manage to do all over the world. We felt like a nuisance, regretted giving him our business, and wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Right in the heart of the Mother City, with places within walking distance, these cosy, secure units felt like a home away from home.

I had a horrible experience with Tray. I wouldn’t waste my time with this agency or its staff.

Tray was very unprofessional. Avoid dealing with him at all costs.
